Our Requirements
Membership Criteria
We maintain high standards to protect the integrity of our network. Here’s what we look for before welcoming a new member on board.

Endorsement & Documentation
Ideally endorsed by a current WBN member who has traded satisfactorily with your company for at least one year, supported by audited management accounts for the last trading year and a full company brochure/profile.
Endorsement can be waived by the executive; documentation must follow immediately after applying.

Representation & Territory
You may only represent a city where your company has its own office. Existing long-standing relationships in other areas are acceptable if specified.
A WBN member may not reciprocate business in those declared areas.

Code of Conduct & Exclusivity
You must demonstrate compliance with the WBN Charter and Code of Conduct, and confirm that your company or its principals do not belong to any competing association.

Payment Terms
You must be prepared to make payments to other members within a maximum of 30 days.

Annual Conference
A senior representative from your company must attend the WBN Annual Conference within the first year of membership.

All WBN members conform to a set of strict rules, governing all aspects of the service they deliver. Our charter gives our members the reassurance that only an experienced global network can give, that their interests and those of their fellow members will be actively and universally supported by a team of industry professionals.
